I don't have the experience to say this is a horrible opening, but most of the games in the database that white uses this opening either end in a draw, or loss.

This opening is known as the Celestial Advance.  If done corrrectly, no one can defend.  It sets up a very interesting flank attack about 20-30 moves down.  I wouldn't expect a high school student to understand the complexities of such a pioneering opening, so ignore comment below.  If you like the challenge of playing black, some of the same mentality goes into the early play, but eventually that first pawn will play a key role in the development of your attack.

this is THE ABSOLUTELY WORST opening i have ever seen and encountered....only complete morons and chess beginners use this opening so stay away!!!!
