About Me:

I learned the great game of chess by myself a few years ago, and I've played it since. My playing style is quite unique. Frankly, I'm surprised it gets me wins.Laughing I don't care much for tourney chess, and prefer casual play. Also, I am an average student, with many interests. I try to stay as inconspicuous as possible in my life.

Anyway, I've found this site great because of the community. I have made some friends, and hopefully, I'll make more in the future. Cool Until them, I will continue to share my thoughts with everyone through my posts. Please feel free contact me. Also, don't be shy to leave a comment. I am always here to listen and appreciate feedback.

NOTE: If I do not respond to your questions/comments, that does not mean I didn't read them in the first place. I am very busy, but I will try to reply. Also, I try not to write things that are controversial, incorrect, insulting, etc. However, note that this will occur sometimes and I am sorry if it does. Wink

No Room To Hide

Since I can't really think of anything to post about here in China, I guess I'll discuss another tactical motif. Today we shall examine the DOUBLE CHECK. Basically, it's when a piece discovers a check while also checking the king itself. This situati...Read more »
