King's Indian Defense exchange - what do I do now?

The King's Indian Defense is my favorite opening, but it has some tricky quirks in it.  Here in the exchange variation, I answer some questions about this line.

agreed, besides launching a massive kingside attack, black must be careful about white's own attack on the queenside.

Wondering if that would be wise variation for black, as there are still lots of officers onboard and blacks Kings has no protection around itself?? just a positional thought.
