Chess books

What is a good chess books for a 1400 that knows the basics, that has lots of diagrams and that no bord is required and has everything related to chess and puzzles revuing the lessons?

Try reading www.chesscafe.com Novice Nook by Heisman - go to the archives and search his articles - he recommends books for all levels - he has a post with lists in it that you may find helpful as well.  I am not intimating that your are a Novice by referring you there - I truly believe Heisman may have the guidance you seek.  If not - you can ask him on that site as well.
