It looks somewhat like the Colle System...except with more queenside chances, and a more vulnerable king. It still looks pretty solid though, and the pawn on f3 helps to prevent the opponent from moving his knight to e4. I guess, maybe later on you could, if the position allows enough, time, run your king to the queenside, and double your rooks on the g-file with a strong attack and a somewhat safe king.
yavuz, 1. d4 2. c3 on white is known as a Basque Opening. It is not in the chess.com database, but other sites have it listed.
I think its great, as I'm working on an opening right now which starts with 1.d4 d5(or Nf6) 2.c3! I think your opening choice is similar to mine and I'm grateful that somebody thinks like me!
